How do I download a video from Instagram?

Is this Instagram video downloader safe?
You never log in, so your Instagram account and password are not involved at all, and there is nothing to install. The site only reads the public link you paste and sends the video file to your browser.
Will the person know I downloaded their video?
No. Instagram does not notify anyone when a public post is downloaded, and this site has no access to your account, so nothing can be traced back to you.
What video quality do I get?

Can I repost what I download?
Only with the creator's permission. The person who made the video or photo still owns it, and downloading a copy does not transfer any rights.
